BORŞEN PRODUCTION
Borsen has started to manufacture welded stainless steel pipes and hallow sections since january 2006 in its own facilities. Manufacturing processes such as Tricathode TIG (GTAW 141) welding, inside bead removal, in line bright Annealing, straightening, surface finishing and tube-end deburring, allow Borsen to meet and exceed customers delivery
expectations.
Borsen is dedicated to achieving total customer satisfaction by continually improving products, processes, services and by using latest manufacturing technology, Borsens production line has two eddy current systems; First testsytem is being used to detect defects of incomplete welding, the second one is being used to check whole pipe section after annealing process.

Borsen issues inspection certificates according to EN 10204:2004 3.1 and according to pressure vessel directive PED 97/23/EC.

(Dublex stainless steel has a resistant structure to chemical abresives at high temperatures.Particulary this high corrosion resistance by means of pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking which are twice as high as those of common stainless steels.Dublex stainless steel is mainly used in the fallowing industrial sectors;oil and gas industry, onshore / offshore petrochemical industry,process industry using chlorides,chemical tankers,water treatment plants due to general process plants which salt is used).
